Whitman Aquatics Center

 

Welcome to the Marcus Whitman Aquatic Center!  

Located in the Marcus Whitman High School, our 6-Lane, 25 Meter pool hosts our Girls and Boys Competitive Swim Program, PE Classes for both Marcus Whitman and WFL BOCES as well as Community offerings including Adult Morning Swim, Swim Club, SCUBA Instruction and seasonal swim lessons. 

A strong history of Marcus Whitman Swimming is present in this storied space, with many Individual and Team League and Sectional Titles. In the Fall of 2025, the Marcus Whitman Swim Program will be celebrating 50 years of Competition. 

Adult Community Swim

Morning Adult Community Swim begins on September 16th. It will be offered all year every Tuesday & Thursday morning from 6:15am-7:30am. There is a nominal fee to participate to help cover the cost of a lifeguard. Please contact Lisa VanSickle  lvansickle@mwcsd.org - if you are interested or would like additional information.

Swim Club

Offered to Whitman residents to provide a competitive swim experience for our youngest swimmers. If interested, please contact the Athletic Director, Paul Lahue, plahue@mwcsd.org. Details for 2025 Swim Club will be posted here once established.  

SCUBA Class

We have been fortunate to offer SCUBA Training the last two years. Details for the 2025 offerings still TBD. 

Summer Swim Lessons
