Invitation to Bid 
Marcus Whitman Central School District is requesting proposals for a 10% minimum set aside to deliver collaborative prekindergarten programming. If you are interested, a response is required no later than 10:00 a.m. on February 13, 2026. 

Process for Submitting a Proposal 
Proposals delivered on the day of the deadline must be sealed and received at Marcus Whitman Central School,4100 Baldwin Rd Rushville, NY, by 10:00 a.m. mailed sealed proposals shall be sent to Marcus Whitman School, 4100 Baldwin Rd, Rushville, NY. The proposal should be clearly marked: "BID # 01 Pre-Kindergarten Collaboration" on the outside of the envelope and addressed to Marcus Whitman Central, C/O Karissa Schutt, 4100 Baldwin Rd, Rushville, NY. Proposals received after the due date will be rejected. The proposal offer acknowledges the right of Marcus Whitman Central School District to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in any proposal received.
